-Random Quote from me several months ago-

Life was, and will always be, good. Most people hate life. This is because, simply put, they have never experienced the richness, satisfaction and values life has to offer. Some say that life was good but due to a certain course of events it took a turn for the worse. This is an illusion. You must find the good in every gift. The only way to truly love life is to seek out that which will make not just you happy but others happy. The people who love life often can see what others cannot. Then there are some who can see that and even more. These people however are mocked on every hand and are left to solitude. These people become heroes and try to shed light on everything large or small. However the greatest of all heroes in what I will call the Lunar Realm had a name unlike any other, Masterin. The Lunar Realm, a world like our own where magic has actually taken place.”

"Jean, Run!" my fathers voice rang out. A skeletal arm was holding onto his leg. A chill ran through every corner of my body. The dead were rising. My father drew his sword Ezzance and began hacking at the arms of the skeletons. My eyes wide with fear I backed up. Something cold latched onto my left foot. I fell screaming to the ground. The head of my father immediately locked onto me. Distracted the undead obtained the upper hand. An arm pulled his body to the cold hard ground. I heard yells of distress that would forever echo in my mind coming from my father. I had not noticed but a grim mist now covered the ground.

"Father!" I shouted. I struggled to get out of the cold dead grasp I was in.

"Your struggling is futile, give up now mortal," a strange voice spoke in my mind. My body halted its listening to me and calmed down. A strange darkness rose up from the ground like flames. "HAIL OUR KING!" the voice sounded. A large one of the shadow flames rose up to form a figure, the thin figure of a man. He was dressed in a black shirt who's sleeves had purposely been designed to get wider as it got to his wrists. His black shirt and pants were both made with the same material and blew like flags in the wind, giving him an unworldly look. in his right hand he carried a huge grey sword who's inscriptions glowed in a violet light. The language was that of the elf people. Across his eyes he wore an old bandanna, beaten with time. His long shaggy black hair almost covered the bandanna. He slowly moved toward my father his feet were bare and were unscathed. I could feel the darkness he emitted sucking every ounce of happiness out of my soul. Within moments all I could feel was pure and unaltered sadness.

"Hallen, your end is nigh, your soul belongs to me now," the mans chilling voice commanded, "Come to me!" A transparent circular sphere rose from the body of my father and floated toward the man, my father was screaming in pain. The instant the sphere reached the man's huge sword the screaming stopped and my father's body went limp.

"FATHER!" I screamed nearly crying. Thousands of tears flooded my face as I came to the cold realization. My father was dead. The man walked toward me. He pointed directly to me with his left hand.

"Your soul still has potential, your soul is not ripe yet," he spoke darkly, "I am nothing more than a phantom. Believing otherwise would be quite foolish, it could bring your end closer yet. Fare well boy." The shadows reached over him like a wave of the ocean and swallowed him. Within seconds the shadows vanished. The undead let go of me and became as they had been before, dead. I stood up shaken by the event that would not just scar my life but also shape it. I walked over to the body of my father tears flowing to the cold ground below. I grabbed his sword.

"With this sword, father, you shall be avenged!"

My eye lids slowly opened revealing that I had been dreaming of what had been once again. I looked around it had been ten years since that event. I, now sixteen, lay in the camp that my friend Nielle and I had made. The fire in the fire-pit had been put out only the black charcoal remained. The night was still present she was awake and sitting up looking at me. I looked into her eyes.

"You were crying.... and screaming..." she mumbled. I touched my face it was wet with tears.

"I'm sorry bad dream," I stated smiling a half smile. We sat there in silence looking at each other for what seemed like hours until she laid back down I looked at the night sky and the trillions of stars you could see. That was one of the benefits of mountains. On mountains the sky is much clearer. We were passing through the Sayain mountains, we would reach my sister's home by tomorrow. Though tomorrow we probably would run into some bandits. The local people here had mentioned a group of bandits had been giving travelers their share of woes, they were on our way. I suddenly had a really bad feeling. I stood up and looked around raising an eyebrow. I heard something move in the bushes. I reached for my sword. My eyes locked onto Nielle who was asleep... how unusual... she usually had trouble getting to sleep. That's when I noticed a a dark substance on her neck along with a line, no a cut. Because of the shadows of the night I had trouble seeing color. Nielle usually was as quick as an arrow when it came to people hurting her, thus one could deduce it had not been a human who had made that cut. I Quietly moved over dipped my finger in the substance and tasted it. Immediately I spit it out. A sleeping venom! I reached for my sword gritting my teeth whatever it was that had done this to her would pay. Whatever it was, it probably intended on coming back to eat its meal.

Another movement in the bushes. I stood perfectly still. It took a couple minutes before I heard a thump of some sort of foot. A couple more thumps came before I could feel the cold breath of the creature on my neck. Within an instant I drew Ezzance flipped around and had swung it at the creature. My sword had been blocked by its steel-like claws. The creature was similar to that of a werewolf-the figure of a human, but the fur, fangs, snout, eyes and other things were wolf-like. We stood there like that for a couple of moments. We suddenly engaged in combat, an explosion of violence. Sparks flew as our completely different styles collided. It fought like an animal. Then within an instant it jumped off into a tree. I heard it run off.

It was no longer safe here. I stepped over to Nielle. I could only hope that venom hadn't been a poison.

I opened my eyes with great difficulty. I had been trying for hours to force my way into reality, but something was holding me back. A sharp pain across my neck informed me that I was injured. What the heck?

I felt a little groggy, but otherwise I was mostly okay. Feeling my neck, I realised I'd been bitten by something, and some sort of poison was injected into me. That explained the unusually thick night's sleep.

I groaned a little as I pushed myself into a stiff sitting position. Looking around the site I realized a great battle had gone on while I was out. Now I was REALLY irked. I missed all the action because I was asleep! I never slept through anything, being such a light sleeper.

"Jean?" I looked around to find him fast asleep against the tree nearest to me. His sword, Ezzance, was laid across his lap, ready for him to grab. I crawled over and stood up beside him.

After a decent minute or two of stretching, I bent over to wake him up. I shook his shoulder-no response. I shook it again, harder this time, and repeated, "Jean! JEAN wake up!"

He jolted awake, grabbing his sword and slashing it so fast, it nearly sliced my head off!

"Whoa there, its just me. Or did you already know that and nearly kill me on purpose?"

He rubbed his eyes and shuffled to his feet. "Oops, sorry I- Nielle!"

I furrowed my eyebrows, "Yeah, that's me." He looked like he was trying not to jump up and down, or at the very least hug me.

"I thought you-what I mean is...uh,"

"You thought I was dead? Well, so did I, for a minute."

We stood in awkward silence for another minute before Jean cleared his throat. "We should probably pick up camp. Whatever attacked will probably be back."

Dawn crept over the horizon, reminding me of the little time we had left to get to our destination. I began gathering my things and bent over to pick up the spent firewood.

"Uhhh..." A sudden pang of drowsiness hit me along with a pounding headache as I collapsed. I pushed myself back onto my feet as soon as I could, trying to hide my state of being from Jean. I'm fine. just the poison's after affects. I told myself. Grrrr, I hate feeling weak.

"Left, left, left, right, left!" ordered the drill sergeant. He proudly marched beside us occasionally adjusting the newbie’s walking. His huge sword clanked on the small amount of armor he had on. “Company at ease!” he shouted over the stomping. We all halted our marching to hear what he had to teach us today. “Today you knuckle heads will learn how to defeat a dragon, the serpents of the non-human world. There are three types of dragons: Neo-Dragons, Pyus-Dragons, and Erq-Dragons. First off we have Neo-Dragons.” He motioned the gate to open. The massive gate for the training are swung slowly open revealing a beast of unimaginable size. Being reptile-like its eyes were that of a snake. Scales covered its entire body; each scale was a periwinkle color. “Each of those scales are as hard and as durable as steel, as rumored Neo-Dragon’s breath will contain flames. The breath alone is hot enough to melt any steel shield meaning trying to shield yourself against the flames is utterly useless. Only certain elements have been found to be useful against these creatures, one of them is bronze. Though bronze will easily melt in combat against the breath, this species of dragon seems to dislike being any where near the substance. They will purposely avoid contact with bronze. I will now show the correct way to grab hold of and control this species of dragon.” The giant sword was drawn, he was able to wield it with a single hand regardless of it being two-thirds his own height. One of the servants ran out to him holding a circular bronze coated shield. “Watch and learn,” he spoke grabbing the shield. He spun the sword around turning to face the dragon. His legs began to sprint toward the dragon. The dragon, seeing the bronze, turned left in a futile attempt to escape. The action past that was near impossible to keep track of, the sergeant was moving so fast he was near invisible to see. Occasionally we would see him jump off the dragon and speed up again. We watched as the harness seemed to materialize around the head of the dragon. I, being the most experienced of these people training, was unimpressed for I had already learned how to do this. I watched anyway though knowing this was my last day in the training center. Within a couple minutes he appeared on top of the dragon. He opened his mouth to speak but was interrupted by a man. The man came through the open gate.

“Excuse me, Sergeant I have come to retrieve someone under orders from the ‘Three,” the man said chewing on the kalika in his mouth.

“…Okay who you need?” the sergeant asked looking at the man. The man looked at a scroll in his hand.

“Some guy named Valentine Shazin,” the man spoke looking about the army of trainees. That was me he wanted.

“Val, huh?” the sergeant grumbled, “Not like he need to be here, he’s the most experienced trainee here.” That was the interesting thing about the sergeant, when he was explaining he spoke with proper grammar, but when he spoke normally he spoke in his actual accent which, since he was from the more rural areas of K.r.j.t.a., was improper and somewhat sloppy.

“Fascinating, Val whoever you are come with me,” the man ordered. The man was a little taller than the sergeant. He wore a black cape over the left side of his body. His right side was loosely covered in both an old shirt which went down and past his thighs and a pair of old silk pants. Both the pants and the shirt were dark blue in color. He himself was somewhat pale in skin color with a head of long, strangely styled, black hair. I stepped out of the crowd to follow him. As the two of us left the area I could hear the sergeant continue his lesson.

As we walked on the path to the castle of the ‘Three,’ the man said nothing nor did he even look at me once. “So who are you,” I asked curiously. I suddenly felt a sword at my throat.

“My name is Tubalaer Kalin, and if you ever talk to me so casually again you will find yourself without a head!” he threatened gritting his teeth. His sword went back to its sheath at his side where it was hidden by the cape. I suddenly felt silence was the best idea at this moment.

Random Sci-fi scene

I took out the two guards standing in my view, I stepped out from the metal corner and wiped out another ten dozen feet down the hallway who were luckily turned away at the time. I ran looking around me making sure I didn’t miss any of the guards. While running I also reloaded my rifle, I switched it back to the bolt action function. This sniper rifle had served me well the decades I had used. I had to be quick, in less than ten minutes this whole ship was to be blown to bits. I ran down the narrow hallway hanging a left into the engine room. You would think beings as smart as us wouldn’t make their ships weakest point in the engine room. Moving slowly through the engine room I wiped the two engine attendants out. I grabbed the engine attendant’s machine guns and found the spot that my mission head had designated as the weak spot on the wall. Guards sprinted into the room I gunned them down before they had time to aim.

Suddenly the ship was hit by something, within seconds the weak spot combusted revealing the boarding corridor. I fled down the corridor into my ship shooting the recruitment soldiers who followed me. I ran through the boarding force field into my ship. I watched as the ship pulled the boarding corridor back into the ship which sucked the guards who had entered but had not been shot down by me. My ship pulled away from the huge monstrous space ship

I adjusted my shades showing my opponent how little this match meant to me. My opponent was practically growling at me like a dog, with his teeth clenched, his eyebrows pointed down and furious eyes. In my oppinion this guy was an idiot. He was going to attack me because his girlfriend had a crush on me. What a fool. Besides his girlfriends affection wasn't even returned, she had no brain at all. At least thats what it seemed like. From what I had seen she had a C in all her classes except one. You guessed it, she had an F in that one. From what I'd heard she'd sent a picture of herself naked to almost every guy who was "popular" and had been her boyfriend. I decided this guy wasn't even worth fighting. If you're going to fight over something make it worth your while. And any guy with a brain could have seen this girl was stupider than a chunk of concrete. I mean if you are going to send those kinds of pictures only send it to some people you're sure about, but every guy who was her boyfriend? I turned to leave.

Not only was this guy a fool but he was obnoxius. I heard his footsteps pound the floor in as he came running toward me. I knew his blade would be drawn. I politely stepped aside and let him go running, face first, into a locker. The people around me began to laugh at the fool. He glared at me with those popular eyes. If he thought how he would have everyone popular shun me would affect me he was wrong.

You wonder why he coulden't effect me? His only skills were in charisma and using that skill against someone who has no friends? And now you wonder why don't I have friends? Simpley put, I don't like having friends, they irritate me and the few relationships I'd decided to go with the girl just ended up wanting to have sex. Sorry, no, not intrested. Therefore I had formulated my opinions of those of the female persuasion.

Yes thats right I'm a very prejeduce person. So what? Whats wrong with being prejeduce when everyone seems to be the same? I mean from what I had seen people always were catholics, some form of other christian or an athiest. I mean Come on people can't there be like a jew or maybe a hindu in the school? That would be way more interesting than the every ordinary person (no offense).

The fool got up from the ground disgraced and now the laughing stock of the entire school. Though I was merely a Freshmen by this act I knew it would take a few hours and I would have much older people knowing about my existance. That I didn't like. I ignored the crowd which suddenly thought I was the coolest guy ever and began to follow me. I could hear the midget John start trying to joke with me. He acted all cool but he truth was once you got to know him he was a pervert. I continued ignoring the crowd until I reached my Calculus 2 class. The Classroom was puny and was in the shape of a disfigured square. I sat near the teachers desk. Our Teacher, Mr. Ferra, began the class with a pointless warm up dealing with stuff we'd learned in middle school.

I loaded my assault rifle with a clip which I had pulled off one of the numerous troops. The hanger I had boarded with my team was cold and anti-homey with metal all over the room. “Typical space hanger,” I thought to myself. I had taken out all these troops already. They stood around me since I was the group leader. I dipped my finger in on of the corpses. I lifted it to my mouth and tasted it. A horrible taste burned within my mouth. I spat it out immediately knowing what species blood it was. “Why are they using Vereculins?” I thought out loud.

“Vereculins?” Nathan questioned me.

“What is ‘The Coherence’ doing using Vereculins?” vainly asked Adela bending down to examine the body.

“That’s exactly what I want to know, the Vereculins are a peace loving species of being. Meaning one conclusion can be drawn; The Coherence has conquered the planet Verec,” I stated.

“Uh, guys?” Nathan stuttered.

“Yeah Nathan?” I mumbled.

“We have company…” he began. I looked up from my examination to find troops pouring in through the main entry way into the rest of the space station.

“Oh, crud…” I muttered. The troops never ceased flooding the room knowing we were a great threat. “New plan, retreat for now,” I ordered. Backing toward my ship, Nathan and Adela jumped in his curious ship. His ship was rather a bulky horrid looking thing but it actually was a magnificent ship. One person flew it while the other sat at the turret on the top and shot at the enemy ships. I jumped in the cockpit of the measly ship I used. The ship was temporary until I could purchase a better fighter. It had one gun that fired pretty slow and somewhat large and didn’t flew very fast. The only feature it had that was good was carrying extremely heavy objects.

My mouth still tasted like that near bland mango nectar that I had moments before chugged. The librarians didn’t allow Food of any kind near the computer so I couldn’t merrily drink it while checking my email and searching for people who were open for instant messaging. It didn’t take long for me to log into the schools computers with the username and password they had given me. The computers in this school were getting absurdly slow probably because all the people who were on it and how much memory was being taken up. Logging into my email account I found one email from some corporate website in my inbox. Not a single soul was online for messaging except for my brother who was idle (Had not done anything with his computer recently). I logged off the computer and headed into the library section of the room. Sighs came from my mouth

as I passed the numerous books I wasn’t interested in. I plopped myself down at one of the library’s tables. My head almost naturally fell straight onto the table.

Random Sci-fi bit

There were once two worlds that despised each other, not being capable of standing the other both sides wanted the exact same thing, the extinction of the other. Thousands upon millions of good souls wasted on a single conflict which had lasted over a thousand years. The war met no obstacles fighting on solid planets and gaseous alike. One side was known as the Qeuilanims, the other the Saeulviuaks. Some planets had been left completely barren in the conquest for domination, some had been obliterated as a whole. Even some stars had been disintegrated in the war. Nothing was safe. Both races having technology great enough to destroy even black holes. On both sides generals known as Gaatlers would command men in their robotic armor, vehicles, aircraft, or even space ships. It was only so long before the war reached the planet known to its residents as…

“Always take control of power, never let power take control of you,” the words of my instructor rang in my ear. Those words sank into my mind that day, the day I left the Hackerman Academy of Swordsman Arts. That line had been proved so many times through Jehl’s bloody history. There was not one chapter in our history in which a war wasn’t waged because some Jehlian lord wanted to flaunt his power in the faces of our enemies and even sometimes our allies. He had individually instructed me on that principle since I was the strongest of all the students he had taught. I graduated the day he told me that, he knew what was to come. But I was young and ignorant then I had no idea it was a battle I was going to be fighting for the rest of my life.

I looked at my certificate of swordsmanship and smiled. In my head I checked off one of my goals. With this piece of paper I could become a soldier possibly even a knight. The sound of that idea made me sigh; I didn’t quite like the idea of having to obey the lord’s every whim. No, that didn’t sound fun at all. First off, I looked down at the tunic and old pants I was wearing. Some armor would be nice, a tunic won’t help me much in battle. However, plate armor would cause me severe difficulty in the way that it would be unimaginably heavy. Ah I knew it, leather armor. Light armor, but decently protective.

Two arms embraced me The warmth of the arms comforted me as the girl of my dreams hugged me from behind. “Daekidda, we’re free…” she whispered into my ear. I smiled, nodded and turned back to her.

“That, my lady, is correct,” I responded trying to sound knightly.

A tear fell from my eyes. My reflection distorted, my mind ravaged, my sword shattered… what did I have left to live for? At times like these death really did seem like a better alternative. Why… why… why had I never walked away? I fell to my knees, strength robbed from my body. Blood dripped from my wounds. Men… creatures drove by three things, love, self interest and what seemed the strongest, stupidity. The darkness of the cave seemed to have consumed everything, the only thing I could see was the water which wax illuminated by the mysterious light beneath the ripples. An atmosphere that seemed to match me I thought... If only I had the power to change what had been… if only I had been stronger… With the light of the pool I could see the vague outline of the body of the girl I had loved. Suddenly a noise caught my attention in the cave.

-Pain of Regret-

THE PAIN OF REGRET, there is no pain, no sadness, and no fear that rivals the effects of one’s regret of what they have done. For it is not what a man says that counts. It is what he does that counts. For when he realizes his mistakes, he will surely feel such an unrivaled pain. The mistake often reflects the possibility of forgiveness. If a man has hurt in a minor way then it can easily be repaired. But when such a major thing such as stomping on the dreams has occurred there is little chance for forgiveness. A friend who betrays is scarcely a friend at all. For it is the friend who betrays that deserves to obtain the hate of his fellow men, it doesn’t matter the degree of his betrayal, to betray ones friends is to betray ones self.

“Trying to be manly in front of your girl friend there are you, Valentine?” Sau commented pointing his wooden training sword at me, “Hm, that’s not going to be all that useful when you’re fighting.” He raised his eyebrow mockingly and put his wooden sword to the top of my neck.

“She’s not my girlfriend, she’s just my friend!” I shouted.

“Girlfriend, friend, couple, what difference does it make how your relationship is now? It’s your intentions that I’m talking about,” he insulted, “You think you’re so different saying you love people for their personality. Well wake up, you’re lying to yourself and us! Deep down I know that you’re just interested in them for their looks! You’re just like the rest of us a perverted, disgusting, natural guy!” Each word he spoke hurt like arrows piercing my heart. I knew it was truth, deep down. “There’s another lie you’re living by, that a noble cause will make someone stronger. You’re the worst swordsman in the village Valentine and you know it.”

“SHUT UP!” I screamed shoving my wooden sword into the side of his. His sword flew back into its sheath. “You self centered jerk!” I thrusted my sword at his stomach with a grunt.

“Describing your inner-self are you Valentine?” he insulted jumping aside therefore dodging the sword coming at him. I growled at him pulling an irritated face at his annoying bland haired head. “I don’t like wolves,” he commented kicking me into the stomach. I fell to the ground writhing in pain. Screaming in pain as he repeatedly kicked me on the ground I saw Veronica, the girl whom I had been protecting, standing above me about to laugh. She slowly stepped toward Sau embracing him in a hug which stopped his kicking.

“Thank you my lovely Sau for taking care of that miserable excuse for scum,” she kindly thanked. Following the statement she kissed him on the lips. I clenched my fists trying to hold back tears. Her beautiful red-brown hair, her wonderful face… why!? Why must I have been born a weakling? My thoughts I no longer could control as I coughed up a little blood. Telling that they were now going to leave me here I relaxed my muscles and laid out exhausted on the dirt road that ran through our village.

Callister Onslaught

-THE CALLISTER ONSLAUGHT-

-Chapter 1-

I stood in the presence of the king of the Machiaterzians. I being a Machiaterz was one of his subjects. More or less I was one of their head military men. However the mission he was sending me on, this particular day was not militaristic, but rather to study a recently discovered planet they had found near the edge of our space. I was being sent alone. I now stood at the gateway out of the mother ship awaiting the approval to leave the ship. I was equipped with my signature weapon the Callister made by the legendary "Velidriums." It was the only weapon of its kind and was one of the most amazing I had ever seen. The weapon created an atmosphere around the wielder that was inhabitable. In other words the gun created the necessary gas around you for you to survive even in deep space. Regardless of the gun's unique abilities I was traveling in a Machiaterzian space ship to the unexplored planet for reasons of conserving time.

I sat there in the chair of my ship which I called the "Melandaz." This was where I had sat countless other times during some of the most fiery battles my race had ever seen. The ship's A.I. began to come online. "Bzzt..." the visual came on the ship's screen, "He... hello Captain," the A.I., who I called Mari, greeted me in its expressionless female tone that it normally had. The Melandaz was one of the finest ships I had ever seen flown by a single person. The ship used many holograms, in fact so many holographic controls a claustrophobic person would have serious problems. The Holograms were purposely low grade to save on costs; therefore, the holograms were semi-transparent. I pulled the only material control panel which was on mechanical arm closer to me and activated the thousands of holographic controls. I quickly typed in the coordinates for our destination I then hovered my hand over the 'depart' holographic button. "The station gatekeeper says you are clear for departure," alerted Mari. I gently touched the depart button and within seconds I was out of the mother ship flying in the big black yonder.

Around eight years ago, according to a report , the scout ship Atal had been returning with a broken navigation from a war in the Dagge Sector upon realizing their navigation system was failing stopped on a near by planet. The planet, they reported, had been suitable for Machiaterzian life. I was now being sent to investigate this planet and to decide whether the planet would be worth conquering if it has inhabitants. I laid the Callister leaning on my command chair and continued to control the ship guiding it through the endless space.

According to my findings it would take around two weeks to get there at full speed. I put the ship on auto-pilot and went to my quarters further back in the ship.

It took what seemed like years to reach our destination. Our destination which was a small little blue planet had a number of space stations with primitive space craft going to and fro from the space station, some docking, some departing. On the holographic keyboard I typed on my report, "Occupation of planet by intelligent life: Inhabited." These space stations were proof enough for me. Now chances were if they had spacecraft they had some form of radio technology. I quickly adjusted the communication controls monitoring one of their radio channels. Over the speakers the sound of a male alien sung a song in a foreign language. I then adjusted the controls to figure out the language and translate the speech in my own language. It took a matter of seconds before Mari came on informing, "Operation complete."

"Very good Mari, continue orbiting this planet," I ordered. Suddenly the alien voice transferred its language into my own. It was a song.

"...And I wanted her so baad..." the voice sang. I quickly flicked the radio off. It was an entertainment channel. Next, I needed to test the atmosphere to see if it was suitable for me to go down and investigate these aliens further. Now the planet's atmosphere would probably illuminate my shield making my ship appear in a really bright sphere-like light.

A red light illuminated. I looked back at the main screen. Apparently the ship had detected a medium amount of the gas carbon-monoxide, a gas produced by the usage of some fuels- extremely toxic to my kind. The most my body would be able to handle would be a matter of months before the carbon monoxide would have an effect on me. I closed farther into the atmosphere until I found a suitable landing area, a small open area behind a structure. The ground was covered with the structures. Each was made of organic materials. I slowly landed the ship upon the grass covered ground. I put in place a translator near my neck and ear so I would be able to talk to the native beings. The walking catwalk opened up and stepped outside for the first time on the planet. The air of the planet was somewhat dirty but refreshing after all the air from inside the ship. Before I could notice anything on the planet, my eyes were drawn to a figure standing near the structure with its eyes opened widely toward me. A female by the looks of the way she was built. What to do now? Was her motive friendly or hostile? The entire fate of her planet may have lain in the hands of this one personage.

RIEJAL THEY CALL ME. Millions know my name clearly and well. Just my name will strike fear into their pathetic hearts. Empires had fallen by merely my hands and my hands alone. My armor had been blackened through many years of battle. Many parts of my clothing had been stained by blood. And now I return to the village I left all those years ago the way they treated me would decide whether they would live or die. With my blade strapped to my back I rode into the town. The moment people saw me their expressions were turned to fear, utter and sudden fear. I came as close to the tavern as possible and jumped off my horse. After tying it to one of the taverns beams I walked on into the tavern. The air was stale in this tavern but I needed a nights rest either way. The drunks who were sitting at the tables all over the room I was in seemed totally clueless that one of the most wanted men in all of the land was standing before them.
